Demand routed by departure point

When a customer schedules a flight, the system looks for nearby charter companies to help minimize aircraft reposition costs.

Availability checked through connected tools

Aircraft availability is checked using the Fly Charter 365 suite, with scheduling activity tied into the broader operating workflow.

Revenue opportunities after arrival

Once an aircraft is scheduled, the system begins looking for wet legs from the destination airport to another destination.

Operating flow

From trip request to completion.

  1. Customer schedules a flight on Fly Charter 365.
  2. The system identifies nearby charter companies around the departure point to reduce reposition costs.
  3. Aircraft availability is checked through the connected Fly Charter 365 toolset.
  4. The aircraft is scheduled, and the system starts looking for wet legs from the destination airport.
  5. ProPilotTools sends crew notifications to current and qualified crews based on days off and trip preferences.
  6. The flight is placed into the FltOpsPro dispatch queue.
  7. Two hours before departure, FltOpsPro generates an aircraft dispatch release for crew portal access.
  8. The flight plan is filed using ATC preferred routes when available, or system-suggested routes for ride quality and weather avoidance.
  9. After departure, FltOpsPro tracks the flight through ADS-B subscription data.
  10. While the aircraft is enroute, the next scheduled flight is processed.
  11. At the end of the final leg, crew airline travel back to base can be coordinated according to ProPilotTools preferences.
